WHAT WE SELL:
Some of the items, like electronics items,
are marred or scratched and can't be sold in stores but they are perfectly
good! Some are refurbished and still work great! Others are discontinued/closeout
and clearance items. Still others, we've been told, are difficult (and
sometimes, impossible) to find. Anything that is "refurbished" or "marred/scratched" will
state so in the description.
SHIPPING TO CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES:
Free UPS Ground shipping for a merchandise
total of $50 or more to the 48 contiguous/continental United States and
District of Columbia ONLY (AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, ID,
IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ,
NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV,
WI, WY).
SHIPPING TO MILITARY ADDRESSES:
To support our men and women in uniform, shipping on any merchandise
amount is given FREE to Military APO/FPO addresses (AP, AE, AA, FP).
FREE SHIPPING POLICY/OTHER SHIPPING:
For orders over $50 to the 48 contiguous states,
the District of Columbia and US and Military addresses (AP, AE, AA FP)
mode of shipment is either UPS Ground or First Class/Priority Mail ONLY.
No international free shipping!
Upgrading to air/rush services to anywhere will require full payment
for shipping charges with no discount alloted. We offer the following
UPS Air Services: UPS 3 Day Select®, UPS 2nd Day Air®, UPS Next Day Air
Saver® and UPS Next Day Air® (some services may not be available in all
areas).
UPS Ground items are
shipped out in approximately 3-4 business days. This is only an approximation
and not a guarantee. If you need rush service, you must select one
of the UPS services that will be more expensive, but will allow you
to receive your item sooner.
As stated above, orders are usually shipped
in 3-4 days, but it is also dependent on availability of stock and
warehouse flow, and may take up to 10 business days to ship. We do
not ship on weekends or holidays.
TAX:
We charge New York State tax at checkout for products and shipping
as required by the state. Tax is configured by zip code. If you have
a question or feel you were over- or undercharged for tax and you need
to have it changed on your order, please write to: info@guitarcore.com and give your order number, name and address and 5-digit zip code.
Your order will either debited or credited for the appropriate amount.
SHIPPING TO OTHER US STATES &
TERRITORIES:
For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto
Rico, the Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, the Canal Zone and the
Mariana Islands, shipping is calculated for First Class/Priority Mail,
or you may choose one of the UPS offered Air Services. Alaska residents
may also choose UPS Ground services, if available. Not all services are
available to all areas. If you choose a service that is not available
(such as Next Day Air Saver®) it will not add a shipping amount to
your order. If this occurs, please choose another shipping method.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Guitar Core can now ship
to Canada, Ireland, England, Scotland, Australia & New Zealand! For
those countries, we do not offer free shipping and certain items like
Stagerig carts may not be available for shipping (Canada is OK for Stagerig).

All orders placed from non-USA IP addresses or paid for with International
Credit Cards must have the amount on the charge cleared (usually
4 business days) before any product will be shipped.
RETURNS:
All items are returnable for exchange or credit
within 30 days except for PICKS (see below**). In order to return an
item, please write to: info@guitarcore.com for
an RA#. (Any item received without an RA# will be sent back to you via
Parcel Post without insurance nor delivery confirmation.) When you write,
you will receive explicit instructions on how to return your items (i.e.,
address, packaging, etc.). No international refunds!
**PLEASE NOTE: No refunds or returns on PICKS; exchanges for incorrect
or damaged merchandise ONLY and reshipment for non-receipt of merchandise
ONLY (latter is pending UPS investigation). Picks may be exchanged
within 30 days for the correct item by contacting us at the above email
address and obtaining an RA#. Picks must be returned with the full
amount of picks in the original packaging, in NEW, UNUSED CONDITION.
ABSOLUTELY NO returns or exchanges on closeout items or samples.
CUSTOM IMPRINTED PICKS:
No returns, refunds, exchanges or redos
on Custom Imprinted Picks under any circumstances. You may email your
instructions to: info@guitarcore.com, but remember, emails may not be received so to be safe, please
try to enter all your instructions on the order form in the "shipping" portion.
Note: Pick colors may vary from lot to lot. Proofs are upon request.
If you need a proof, your invoice total will be increased by $5 for each
proof submitted to you.
Please Note: Credit cards are charged upon receipt of your custom
imprint order. For all other orders, cards are charged upon shipment. |
